Am ramas bine ca si kilograme, in zona 76 desi nu am mai urmarit acele obiective indraznete ... Nu m-am mai omorat foarte mult cu antrenamentele din cauza serviciului dar si a biliardului. Insa am gasit in fiecare zi timp pentru stretching, abdomene, flotari ... Cand imi duc pititca la scoala acolo este o bara de care ma mai agat. Vorba cuiva intelept, importanta nu este cantitatea ci sa faci in fiecare zi ...<br />
Dupa paste am decis sa scap si de burtica ce a mai ramas si am un nou target pe zi 500 de abdomene. De toate felurile, in serii de 20-30 , 250 dimineata si 250 seara, ce, Sigur e ca targetez toti muschii, inclusiv oblici.<br />
O data pe saptamana ajung la sala pentru bicicleta sau bazin plus flotarile de rigoare dimineata si seara. Dupa o saptamana deja ma simt foarte bine, burta a mai scazut, digestia s-a imbunatatit. Deja am trecut de febra si le fac mai usor. Am de gand sa le cresc atunci cand voi putea sa fac serii de 50. Crazy :))<br />

Pe langa exercitiile de mobilitate am un target de minim 200 de abdomene pe zi nu foarte grele pentru inceput, 100 pentru oblici neaparat. Scopul este sa obtin o tonifiere fara sa obosesc foarte mult abdominalii si sa cresc in timp.<br />

Dimineata dupa ce o duc la scoala pe cea mica am in drumul meu o bara. Dupa mai multe dimineti mi-am dat seama ca as putea sa ma agat de ea. Si asa fenomenul Bar Brothers a fost cel care m-a motivat foarte mult cand am inceput sa slabesc.<br />
Asa ca in fiecare dimineata fac 3 seturi cu din 4 prize diferite ( departat, normal si apropiate si priza inversa pentru bicepsi).<br />

Primul set este concentrat pe pozitiv, tractiunea efectiva cu coborare rapida, al doilea set pe negativ ( bara nu este foarte inalta si pot sa ma ajut de picioare sa sar in pozitia de sus apoi coborare incet, controlat incerc sa fie 10 secunde) iar ultimul set pe izometrie deocamdata 10 secunde pe pozitie.<br />

O data pe saptamana mi-am propus la Gold Gym Colentina un antrenament cardio pe pe principiu High Intensity Interval Training - HIIT.<br />

daca niste oameni de 70-80 de ani pot sa faca miscare, atunci cred ca putem si noi. Foarte tari oamenii tin sincer sa ii felicit. Inspirat de ei desi nu venisem neaparat pentru miscare am tras o repriza de 40 de minute mai mult la aparatul de tractiuni caruia i-am gasit vreo 10-12 exercitii diferite. Bineinteles ca ceaiul in sine are efecte foarte bune, dar trebuie luate si alte masuri. In primul rand cand organismul are nevoie sa se apere trebuie sa nu mai mancam asa mult, si numai alimente care se digera foarte usor astfel incat organismul sa isi foloseasca energia pentru aparare. Eu ca sa fiu mai sigur iau numai lichide macar o zi bag apa , ceai si sucuri de fructe naturale :) A doua masura pe care o iau este sa cresc cantitatea de apa, in cazul meu de la 2 la 3 litri.</div>

Pe langa traditionala salata cu verdeturi, hrean si altele, imi place sa fac ceai de catina ( de preferat chiar din fruct proaspat, sotia face in fiecare an suc de catina cu miere pentru cea mica, si din ce ramane stors facem ceai sau infuzie).<br />

In concluzie la o cana avem ceai de catina ( sau suc daca aveti), o jumatate de lingurita ( sau una daca suportati) ghimbir praf, sucul de la o lamaie, miere si putina scortisoara ca sa alerge mai bine preparatul in corp.<br />

nu iesi din turma. Sa urmezi constangerile si ideile general acceptate. Sa faci parte dintr-o turma sau alta. Sa mananci si sa bei ce ne se impune ( ati auzit de potentiatorii de arome si stimulii de gust ? Care iti SPUN ca acel produs e foarte bun ? Care it dau DEPENDENTA ? ) Doamne fereste sa incerci sa spui ceva inteligent sau pasibil de a fi mai inteligent decat al lor. Sigur ati observat la servici, in familie sau de regula in orice grup. Este un general acceptat in fiecare entitate si daca spui sau faci altceva esti vazut ca un ciudat. Asa si ce ? De ce trebuie sa fim la fel ? Vreti sa faceti ceva bun pentru voi nu tineti seama de ce zic altii, mai ales apropiatii. trageti pentru voi, pentru corpul si sanatatea voastra. NIMENI, dar NIMENI nu va face lucrurile pentru voi. Nu as fi reusit de la 96 de kg la 73 fara sa fiu consecvant si focusat. Cand se uita nevasta la televizor, eu ma antrenam, cand mi se spunea sa am grija sa nu slabesc prea mult zambeam si dadeam tot inainte.<br />

Alegeti sa mancati sanatos si sa traiti sanatos. De cand am ales directia asta, am fost foarte surprins sa vad si sa aud cate legende urbane sunt facute impotriva legumelor sau fructelor. Nu exista diete, exista obiceiuri alimentare corecte pentru toata viata. Sa ne invatam pe noi si cel mai important sa ne invatam copii. </div>

Am inceput din nou antrenamentele !!! In parcul Riviera sunt cateva aparate bune pentru antrenament. Este o varianta imbunatatita a clasicelor coborari pentru triceps am ma vorbit eu despre ele. Dar trebuie sa fiti atenti sa nu fortati regiune lombara. Mergeti in spate atat cat va permite fara a simti presiune in zona lombara si fara a indoi picioarele ( asa ca mine gg). Se intampla pentru multi dintre noi sa avem perioade grele din care se pare ca nu mai iesim. Din pacate asa e viata, nu va fi niciodata roz complet. Intrasem intr-o pasa neagra. Mi-am dat seama la un moment dat ( cu ajutorul unei prietene de suflet) ca trebuie sa gasesc ceva care sa ma faca sa ma bucur de fiecare zi. Asa ca in fiecare zi trebuie sa fac cel putin un lucru cu placere care sa ma faca sa zambesc. </div>

Poate fi orice, in ultimele zile ma distrez in drum spre servici cu un vechi cd cu muzica arabeasca, dar care imi place foarte mult. Il dau tare, pun ochelarii de soare si ma distreaza reactia oamenilor care ma vad ca pe un strain ( arab) hi hi hi ma ajuta si fata :))) Eu l-am denumit "momentul meu" pentru ca il inteleg doar eu. </div>

Experimentati si simtiti ca traiti. Imi place sa ma expun la arome sau experiente noi. Dati un sut rutinei si gadilati copilul curios si nebun din voi :))))<br />

Pentru astazi am experimentat mujdei de usturoi varianta hard ... Asa cateii de usturoi pisati marunt,. marunt, putin delikat. Dupa ce e facut pasta, se adauga patrunjelul tocat foooarte marunt, se mai piseaza impreuna, se adauga cimbru ( de preferat proaspat) iar se piseaza, apoi se adauga putin praf de chilli, menta si iar se piseaza. Cand totul este gata, se adauga hrean si iaurt si se amesteca bine.<br />

Asa am putut sa fac si eu muscle-up :)))) Chiar este interesant ca poti sa repeti toata miscarea de sub bara si pana deasupra. Se foloseste de greutatea ta, poti sa faci atat tractiuni normale cat si pentru biceps. Odata ajuns sus, poti sa faci doar acea parte ca si cum ai fi deasupra unei bari, lucrand piept si umeri. Permite de asemenea sa lucrezi si cu o singura mana, si cu rezultate bune pentru muschi , eu am facut serii de 7-8. In caz ca ai si copii cu tine, se poate folosi si din picioare, se lucreaza foarte bine si ii si dai uta pe nazdravani ! Mai sunt ceva aparate la care se pot lucra picioare sau un fel de spalier la care poti face ridicari de picioare pentru abdomen. In concluzie o iesire reusita, am sa mai merg acolo. </div>

<a name='more'></a>sa fac miscari atat cat imi este permis sub privirile nedumerite ale parintilor care majoritatea beau o cola si fumau o tigara. O clipa m-am simtit stingher, dar apoi mi-am dat seama ca utilizez timpul mai bine decat ei. Decat sa stau cat se joaca copilul mai bine fac si eu miscare ca sa imi mentin greutatea pentru care am muncit atat. La 75 de kg viata este mai usor de trecut. Si nefumator :)<br />
